Bull99 Terms & Conditions – The Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Bull99" – refers to the online casino and Sports Betting platform accessible via https://bull99.xyz and all associated subdomains.
• "Player" / "Member" – an individual who has registered an account and is aged 18 or above.
• "Account Balance" – the actual funds available in a player's account, excluding any bonus credits that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.

To register and use the Bull99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

The minimum deposit is RM 20 for all payment methods. Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within minutes. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension and further investigation. Bull99 does not accept payments by cash, cheque, or international bank transfer.

Players may request a withdrawal of their winnings at any time through the "Withdrawal" section of their account. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

In all cases, Bull99's maximum liability to any player is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the disputed incident, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

There are two circumstances under which an account may be closed or suspended:

Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting Bull99 customer support. Prior to closure, all remaining real-money balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to the settlement of any outstanding wagering requirements.

Closure or Suspension by Bull99: Bull99 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmation that a player is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
